Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9. Orders over $150 ship free.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday. During launches, sales and holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Jack & Ranger is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery. If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help with the carrier.
